I sought repairs for some symptoms and repairs were authorized that would supposedly cure those symptoms, but none of the symptoms were cured, although, the repairs were needed.

Today I went in for an oil change and was able to have only that done. In the past I was told that the only option I had was oil change including tire rotation for lots more money. I don't know if I was told the truth before or if things changed. I was happy to see I could get only the oil change.

Called three times to finally have someone answer my question. Then my husband went to pick up battery and no one knew what he was talking about. Service rep had said he would set paperwork aside. Very disorganized process. It's been about three years since I've had a positive experience there. Must be newer management.
