The transparency there is second to none. You dont feel like they are trying to gouge money from you. They show you videos, give a thorough all point inspection. My only complaint is when you are waiting for a service rep to speak with you, they never acknowledge you or welcome you, its like they completely ignore you. But once your in, its all good.

Joel Williams was amazing to work with. He really took the time to get to the bottom of the issue with my Honda HR-V instead of just going with the easiest fix. He explained everything they found in a way I could understand, and even gave me tips on how to keep my car in good shape. What stood out to me most is that Joel genuinely takes pride in his work. He was patient, friendly, thorough, and made sure everything was done right. My HR-V is running like new again, and I truly appreciate the care and effort he put into it. Thank you, Joel, for going above and beyond. Honda is lucky to have someone like you!

I bought my car less than 2 weeks ago. Miguel told me that they've narrowed the problem with my car's microphone down to 1 of 2 possible parts that need to be replaced. However, he refuses to buy and test them, even one at a time, even though they're certain one of them will fix the problem. He says he's going to make me take it to the Chevy dealership to have them fix it. He told me to ask Sales if they would cover the cost, and Jesse Johnston says he asked 3 supervisors and they all said no. So even though I paid for the car with cash just a few days ago, and I was promised that if anything went wrong in the first couple of weeks they'd take care of me, they've reneged on their word. I feel like I was used for my money. If this is how you treat your customers, I will never buy from you again, and I will advise everyone I know to not do business with Diamond Valley Honda. I do hope that whoever reads this contacts me to talk about this; if they do, I will reconsider my opinion. But right now, I feel hurt and betrayed.
