I requested that the shuttle bring me home. I had to sit there 1-1/2 hrs. and was never called for the shuttle. I think the man that checked me in did not put me on the list for the shuttle.

I have brought my cars there for over 15 years. The overall atmosphere in the service dept. is less than inviting. The "automated girl" that initially takes the call has NO personality and Oscar has not learned the art of customer service pleasantries. Ken and Oneal we very cordial, helpful and seemed to be actually present on their jobs. Just saying....

I waited for my car to be serviced. The car sat outside after servicing. Three people were just standing around talking. I asked if my car was completed and they said "yes". No one had told me it was and they had put the paper work on the station of a person who had gone home. When I questioned this, one service man said "we allow an hour and 15 min. to change oil." He was not very nice about it. If the car was finished someone should have told me and not let me waiting. We have bought numerous cars from your dealership and our lease on our current Odessey will be up in Mar. of next year.This episode make me think we may go somewhere else for our Hondas. Maybe someone should have an etiquette seminar on how to treat customers. Jim Henthorn

The friendliest person I dealt with was Paul, the shuttle driver. The woman I spoke to on phone to make appointment was stern and didn't help at all when I had a question. The service rep who handled my check in was professional but didn't smile once. Everyone there seemed unhappy to be working there.
