My daughter came in for an oil change and tire rotation only. She was told the bill would be 180. She was really upset because she has never been charged that amount. I called Honda service to find out what they were charging her for. The guy was very rude to me. He never identified himself. He told me she needed an air filter. I told him not to do it because that is extremely high priced when you can get one at pep boys for 12. I feel Honda was trying to rip off my daughter because she is young and doesn't understand. When I asked for the guy's name he hung up on me. I was so upset. My husband had to call back to find out who this guy was that was so rude and hung up. His name was Kenneth. Me, my husband and my daughter all own Hondas and we all have had nothing but issues with your service department in the last 2 years. We are never going back to your service department. Its really disappointing because we have always had Hondas but your service department has gone down hill. The last time I was in the customer service was terrible.
I am also never purchasing a Honda from Diamond Valley again. My husband and I both have a lease and have been harassed so much about trading them in. You guys have been calling me every week since August 2015. I tell you to stop calling as I want to keep it til the end of the lease which is September 2016 but you don't stop calling. You harass people like your a bill collector. It's been a horrible experience.

Everytime I come in for service based in maintenance minder I am always advised something more is needed in my vehicle. Never have I come in and been able to do the required service only without being told something additional is necessary for my vehicle. Crazy because I only drive 11 miles round trip to work 4 days a week & occasional freeway miles. It's a 2006 Honda for goodness sakes with 110,000 miles shouldn't be costing me so much in repairs with such when driven with such care & maintenance.

Took my car to get services was told I had a nail in the rear driverskde tire and that it wasn't able to be repaired. Was told it would cost 100 dollars for new tire so I took my car to a local tire shop and was told there was no nail and was perfectly fine
