I gave a very specific written list of services to be performed. When I showed up to pick up the car and reviewed the services performed, the tire rotation was not performed. I spend a little extra money to bring my car to the Honda dealership because I want Honda trained technicians working on it and I want Honda parts and fluids used and the work performed correctly. In addition the auto inspection form was not completely filled out.
