Service took too long. B1 service was for oil change and tire rotation but customer service rep made it seem like the hand break and rear break adjustment was part of scheduled maintenance and charged me. When I looked at paperwork, brake adjustment was described as "customer requested". I did not request it, so there's questionable practice going on here. Then when they told me car was ready at noon it took another 40 minutes before I drove off with it. Car was washed but not dried because they were rushing due to fact they forgot I've been waiting. Not coming back. Poor service and questionable practices

I am unsatisfied because the technician didn't reset my mileage. In addition, they told my wife it would take 1 hour aND 30 min. When it really took 2-3 hours. My wife was there with my 8 month old son waiting until they completed the work. There were two unsatisfied customers there and in order to make up for their disappointed they worked on there cars first which caused them to get back up with the my car.

Due to the airbag recall it was necessary to wait for the part and then get it done - your service manager - Mike- was very helpful and courteous - once the part was in - the service team made the repair and my car was ready the same day- it was the part that took one month to arrive - thank you for the use of a rental car as we waited for the part- overall it was a good experience. Thank you!

Service folks are very nice. I really like the waiting area -- I was able to get some work done on my laptop, have a snack, good time. The "maintenance required" light is now off on my car. I trust it will continue to run well (144,700 miles and counting!).

The last few times I've come in for an oil change they never go over anything that is wrong with my car. Looking over the inspection sheet they stated I have a leak. I couldn't really read what was written down. So I'm not exactly what is leaking and if it's a big problem. I kind of feel like they are just rushing to get me out of there. Definitely not satisfied with the service as I use to be.

Ulises is the man. He always makes sure your service goes as smooth as possible. I dropped my car off for a B-1 service and in the short time my car was in the shop, He had given me three updates on how the service was going. With service like his, I will always keep bringing my cars back for service!

Your service advisors are not friendly and did not seem interested. No one came out to meet me yet all three were at thier desks and I was passed on from Ken to Oscar even though Ken was not busy. I then had to wait as Oscar took a call over me being present yet the other tow SA were not busy. For years (since 2004) our Honda vehicles have been serviced by DVH but it seems the level of service has gone down. Even after the service on my vehicle was complete I went to the cashier but had to wait for Osacr to compete the paper work. He was paged twice but still did not return, was only found after another employee went and got him.
