Don't understand why air filters and front breaks already need replacing. My husband is 62 and not a speedy driver. it is very hard for us to come up with the funds for these needs. My husband lost his salaried job six yrs ago at the peak of his career and we used our retirement to get through the lean season. Fortunately he is working now - but at 3/5 of his former income. I was just awarded nonprofit status for my organization by the IRS & l need a car, too, for which we need a down payment that is super difficult to save. Would Hobda donate a car to my 591c3 nonprofit? I have a chance to work now but l need a car to get to schools and places to give my presentations. We hope Honda will help us as we are helping others. I have about 5k followers on Twitter as @StepfamilyTalk and l am part of several Facebook groups serving parents co-raising kids after divorce and stepfamily formation. I asked if there were any discounts or coupons after I was told my indicater lights indicted I needed more than my routine oil change and doscovered I would be spending 198.00 instead of the 35-40 I thought I would be spending. I was thankful when the woman at the counter said she would look on-line for me. When I went to pay, I was told I was getting a 10% discount, I noticed my total due was 191.80 . When I began to question items on my bill because I expected my bill to be less the woman said " if you're not satisfied with it we can refigure it and add the remove the discounts we gave you". I told her I was just trying to understand my bill because it was't adding up. Then when I went to get in my car, I notice my front bumper was out of place, sticking out about 1/2 inch, one of the others counter persons, who had approached me earlier and told me they discovered I needed three other items done to my car that would add up to another 450, he snapped it back into place. He was very grumpy, never smiled and I felt like he was upset with me because i didn't agree to get the extra work done to my car. I feel dissatisfied with the overall experience, I drove out of there wondering if I actually needed to have the extra work done and if I had been ripped off. I love my Honda that I bought there but was not satisfied with that process either. I will not be stepping foot at your location ever again, neither to get my car serviced nor to buy my next Honda.

Labor coverage should be indicated (pro or con)on replacement of parts that are covered by Insurence only. I am sure that customers are not aware that some parts that fail are not covered for Labor to instal, even if the part is under warenty

I have Honda Care and it covers my oil change. For some reason it did not get put into the system and my wife paid for the service. Noemi have to wait for a refund check.
