I'm a senior woman...I rely on Honda to keep me informed on the condition of my car.
You rotated my tires, checked my brakes, etc. In years past, someone went over services rendered with me, which I appreciated...today...."your car
is ready, see the cashier". Duh!!!! Pay the bill,
I wouldn't go anywhere else for service but please, help keep "old folks" (who are excellent drivers) and their cars safe on the road.

My service at Diamond Valley Honda today 6/23/16 was excellent. As usual the service personnel were kind and courteous, and their treatment of each other and their customers is refreshingly different. My courtesy driver went out of his way for me, even when I had to change my pick up time. The service master in charge of my car was kind, friendly, and knowing I was going on vacation with my vehicle made sure everything was checked out. I had regular text messages letting me know what the status was of my vehicle so there was no doubt about the status ever! I could not thank them enough for the truly excellent service they showed me today!!!! The team at DVH is heads and shoulders above their competition, from the operators, service masters, and the courtesy driver. Impressive!
Again, thank you gentlemen and ladies you really showed your professionalism and care today!!!!
