I didn't mind all the confusion regarding the trsnsportation to and from work. I know that can get tricky to coordinate. I was just happy you provided the service. My car was there all day, which was fine, however, I was told at the end of the day that you don't have the means to correct the alignment of my car because you don't have the updated software (or something) on the 2016 Civics. Isn't that something you would know before I brought it in?

Oscar did a outstanding job, he actually walked out to **** me to the service area, answering all of my guestions in great detail. When I walked into the service area upon dropping off my car, I was greeted by a extremely Pleasent female, that helped me right away. She explained what the charges would mostly be and the time frame I had to wait.
IThis service is a huge contrast, to my prior experience. Diamond Valley has been the only place my car has been since I purchased it and I had not planned to bring it back due to the horrible rude gentleman who took care of me last time.
I choose to give Diamond valley one last try , and I am happy that I did.

The next time you make a mistake and don't have the right part, the bulk of the difficulty should be taken by you. Meaning, you should have put MY car back together instead of having me stuck with a poor rental for my vacation weekend. This whole ordeal has been nothing but horrible.

I discussed a tire rotation in addition to my brake issues, when I retrieved my car I noticed tire rotation was not preformed. Felt disappointed with that aspect of my service visit. Otherwise I have always been satisfied with Diamond Valley Honda,I am a long time customer.
