Battery was missed on multi-point inspection, but was taken care of before I left. The main issue of the A/C that I paid to have fixed is still an issue with the air not coming out of the events with sufficient force. I was told the issue was simply a recharge, and the air is coming out cold, though outside temp was low. The problem of the insufficient air flow still needs to be reconciled.

I walked in and all 3 Guys were busy. The big guy in front finished with his customer then Another employee had him review some paperwork I was still waiting. Hoping I was in the right place not said service area. The guy in front perhaps manager was finished with the employee and ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes and not one person of the 4 acknowledge me or said 'we'll be right with you". I spoke up and asked if I was in the right place as notw one person acknowledged me or greeted me. The walls plaques encroved professional service with integrity. I think things need to change or take down the sign. I suggest the manager of service visit Rock Honda for some tips. I finally got Ulysses and he was very friendly and apologized.
