I've always get great service from Diamond Valley Honda. I like the way they keep me up to date on what's happening with my Honda. The only objection I have is my car wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be after my car's oil was changed. Other than that, the service is excellent.

It is very frustrating to bring in a vehicle for service when there's something wrong with it but the service department cannot find a problem. It's even more frustrating when you have to bring it back multiple times to fix that problem and in the meantime you are inconvenienced because the dealership doesn't want to pay for or provide a rental vehicle especially when it's part of your warranty. In the two times I've had my vehicle serviced at Diamond Valley Honda they have not lived up to their model do it right the first time. At this point I would not recommend this dealership for service or repair for your vehicle.

People are usually quick to complain when something goes wrong but few take time to write when something goes right. I want to commend your service department, specifically recognizing two individuals, advisor Oscar and technician Tristan. I dropped my car off at 7am to get my recalled airbags replaced in my CR-V. The repair took longer than I anticipated. I received a text message update saying my car would be ready at 5pm. I kept my phone on me hoping my car would finished earlier. Well somehow I missed Oscar's phone call at 4:15 saying my car was ready. At 5pm I was about to call to get an update on my car when I noticed the missed call. I immediately called back and was informed the shuttle service was already closed for the day. I went into a panic because my dog was at the groomers in Murrieta and they had been waiting for me to pick her up since 3pm and they close at 8pm. I told Oscar my situation and he found a way to accommodate me by sending out Tristan in the shuttle van. Your service team went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and I can not express my gratitude enough to these two gentleman for helping me.
