I am very satisfied with the service I received today on 8/8/16. The service manager, who I believe is Mike H., was extremely helpful with getting my HR-V taken care of and repaired. I was having bad feelings about my purchase at Diamond Valley, and most likely wouldn't have returned to purchase another vehicle there. I know now I will be taken care of and appreciated as a loyal customer . That has all changed with the exceptional experience I had today because of Mike H. He should be recognized for his commitment with helping customers. Service Manager Mike H., I thank you very much for today. Definitely 10/10

I thought Ulysses did a greatbjob. He was professional and displayed a genuine interest in answering all of my questions and in taking care of my vehicles needs. It inspires confidence in me with in the service department when there is a positive interaction with a service associate. I would refer others to Ulysses.

Went in for stereo problem when listening to music on Bluetooth or radio stereo will automatically go to cd. Was told it was hard reset and everything was fine but when I picked and drove out the lot the same problem persisted.

Took to long and car had parking lot dust all over it from the landscape crew's blower so it had to be rewashed. Which took more time.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I would be out in an hour tops, I sat there for 2 and a half hours. Not to mention I had 2 of my kids with me and it was highly unprofessional to hear the service advisors using profane language as we walked in.

Your svc depts ethics and customer service is absolutely horrible. I have given 3 poor reviews and no one will contact me back. That says a lot about how serious you take your complaints. I'm sure the BBB would love to hear about all of the unethical problems I've had to deal with this last month. Honda doesn't have a problem taking my money but when a complaint comes in no one us around.
