Mr Morales was very helpful in explaining the procedures of my first maintenance schedule. Everything was taken care of. Just one little thing, when I left I noticed there is a different light on my dash now so I'll have to go back to get it taken care of. Other than that, I thank you for a job well done.

Every part my experience was great! Service was professional, timely and courteous from the shuttle service to the Service Manager. Repair work was completed in a timely manner. I heard that Honda gouges on their prices so I checked pricing elsewhere and Honda was right on target! Thanks.

I called 6 Honda dealers to make sure that the parts for both driver and passenger side airbags was in stock. Was told yes and made an appointment. Brought car from Big Bear. Told after driver side airbag was installed that passenger airbag not available. Expressing my frustration, I was then told it was available. Car repairs completed timely for pickup. When I picked up the car the airbag light was still lit. I was told that the light being turned off was not part of the service but that service could check why the light was lit and probably it was a bad sensor ... Would be $200 or more. This was said by another large sized device tech, not Oscar. Not happy!! I again feel like dealer service staff run a racket.
