Please tell your mechanics to clean their hand before they get into the vehicle. My Pilot had grease prints on my drivers side door panel. One other thing if you want me to go back and get my car serviced again with you guys please be generous and tell us the best deals on the coupons we take. I know you guys want to make more profits but try to be honest and say you get a better deal with the other coupon in the same flyer. I could have saved 10 dollars on my Tire rotation instead of $4 on the oil change.

Great service. Everyone was friendly. Went in for an old change, got tires rotated as well, and they surprised me with a car wash! Only negative was it took just over 2 hours with an appointment. Quicker service would be much appreciated.

I was the first person in line at 7:45 and was told that my car would be done in an hour and a half. (Which is way too long for an oil change.) At 11 I got a text saying that it wouldn't be ready until 5. When I called I was told that because I wasn't sitting there waiting my car was pushed back. I was told that it would be ready in another hour and a half. After the cashier was unable to find a manager she offered to comp my service charge. I appreciated it but unfortunately this is not the first time that something like this has happened. This is completely unacceptable. We have bought two cars from you and spent thousands of dollars on getting repairs done on our cars over the past three years. I am sad to say that after what happened today we will be taking our business elsewhere.
