I'm very upset that paying for services was not part of the agreement that was not disclosed me during the sign of the contract. Yes the lady the did are contract told oil change on the car as long as we had it. I thought it was great but know I know theres is always a catch. What a nasty part on Honda Corp. the reason why I bought Honda for the past 12 years was loyalty, honesty but now I know what a scam. Services always take longer than we are told. We are supposed to get free oil changes, but we were never told about all of the conditions. We were charged for a part that wasn't in and not installed yet. I'm coming back for that filter to be installed but I am thoroughly disappointed in the full communication from both sales and service individuals. My return is questionable.

I was satisfied with my service. Only downside was the car wash after my oil change. Went home with my car looking dirtier than it was when I brought it in. Had washe'd my car 2 days prior.

I had an appointment to get work done on my vehicle and the part was not available when I came in for my scheduled appointment. So now I must come back again. Also, I called the next day and my phone message was never returned. My first experience with this service dept. was superior and unique to most dealerships, but my second visit and experience was typical of service departments and quite disappointing.

We brought our car in to be washed. And, we asked to have the wheel locks put on. The locks had not been available when we purchased the car. We were there between two and a half and three hours. I'm not sure if the wash is to include having the interior vacuumed, but it had not been vacuumed. We also bought a license plate holder, and asked to have that put on and the new licenses attached. That had not been done when the car was brought to us.
