Ulysses was incredibly professional and got me taking care of right away. I had dealt with some nightmare situations with DCH Honda and it was very refreshing to deal with such a professional individual. I have never before paid so much for a basic oil change at Diamond Valley Honda or ever even heard of such a costly oil change any other auto service provider. I have continually brought my vehicle to DVH since the purchase, despite the repair recommendations for repairs which were confirmed to either not be necessary at the time or of which had already recently been done by DVH. The reason I continued to bring my vehicle to DVH was to maintain service records and ensure my vehicle had genuine parts however at this point the price gouging doesn't make it worth it not to take my vehicle to another honda dealer. To my increased disappointment I didn't even get a car wash . Upon my inquiry I was advised this was due to drought of which we've been in for years now & no other car washes are restricted. You may want to at least post notice for return customers that have become accustomed to the car wash so we can be aware we will still need to pay even more money to go somewhere different for a wash.

The Service Department personnel appear confused, disorganized, and need Customer Service training, plus name tags and a dress code.
I had to point out that I was over-charged, the correction was made but during the process I was given a ridiculous excuse for the over-charge.
There are many choices for Honda service and I have been patronizing your Dealership business because I want it to be profitable and remain open.
I have been your Customer for over 8 years........hope things get better fast.....otherwise myself and other customers will take our business elsewhere.

I called ulisie and told him I had a problem with my trunk hatch. And that I will be right in to take care of this cuz I couldn't open up my trunk. I got there he took the car in and I kept there overnight because I was going to be gone came back the next morning and it was fixed. Now I'm waiting for them to figure out why passenger headrest that is sticking the order the part. They've always been right there for me getting everything done thank you the list this is good
