Today I was greeted as I arrived and came to pick up my car. I was also called promtly about diagnosis and completion. Which was very nice. However, I wish someone had contacted me when the part arrived. I waited almost 2 months before I called to see if the recalled part had finally arrived.

I had an appointment at 11:00 am today and I waited more than 3 hours, to change a tire sensor, and yesterday I waited about 3 hours just so they could tell me I had to take my car to the Toyota dealer.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of my vehicle. My freshly detailed 2017 accord ... and the new tire I had to purchase due to a flat was disgusting and my rim was covered in grease. At no point was I offered water ect. I had 3 bags on me to carry.

Back to telling customers with new cars that we need 500.00 in maintenance, never got this with my last new car, also you can't tell me a person at home would use less water washing there car, then have you as a controlled situation. and last when I bought my car I was told Car washes every time I would bring it in, I believe that breaking verbal contract. sad, thanks

Ulysses was wonderful however the service manager intruded into our conversation started making excuses and never once advised me of who he was or gave me a name I found him very rude and unprofessional I'm also disappointed that you no longer watch the vehicles that was one perk that kept me going back there
