California has been in a drought for years. If you weren't going to fulfill the agreement for complimentary car washes it should have never been offered. Prior to the cancelization of car washes, I stopped in 3 times to get my car washed and only once was able to do so. The last 2 times I was told it would be an hour and a half wait just to wash my car.
I'm also disappointed that in order to receive my oil change that I paid for in the Diamond Valley premium package ($995) I'm forced to pay $24.95 for a tire rotation that I do not want. I would understand if these were free oil changes but because I paid $995 for them I'm being forced to purchase a service on top of a service I already paid for.
On another note, Barbie was great. She greeted me as I was shutting off my car, immediately asked how she could help, gave me an estimate of the length of time it would take and was very pleasant and professional.
Thanks for letting me rant.
Again, Barbie provided great service. I'm more displeased with DVH than with anyone specifically.

Airbag recall finally done. Everything with Service Dept. was great except plastic
seat cover and paper floor mat along with service ID card hanging from rear view
mirror not removed whe I got to my Ridgeline. Will return when I need service.

Service took too long. Had an appointment for oil change. It took 1.5 hours. 1 month before took car into moss bros. Moreno Valley without an appointment for front and rear brake replacement. In and out in 1.5 hours on a very busy day.
