Again Barbara was very helpful in getting our car problems taken care of. When it was known that it would take sometime to get the car fixed, she got us a loaner to take home.

Thank you for asking. I received a update recall for my 2015 CRV. Two appointments were rescheduled by you due to some equipment issues.
I arrived well before my appointment time and still had a substantial wait. The service rep stated there were several vehicles before me!? So much for an appointment.
