The sales team of Alex Almodovar, Danny Meraz, and Rick Welty have not been truthful and have made my used car buying experience with them horrible. They have intentionally/unintentionally sold me a used 2015 Mazda 6 with previous damage and I have given them the opportunity to make repairs and have only completed partial repairs and gave me the run around. They forced me to go to a Mazda dealer to make a "warranty" repair and the particular Mazda dealer stated the repair work would not be warranty repair due to the car being in a previous accident.

Olicity and service always is there to help. Adam the cell rap still helps me out if there's a problem. And I meant Steve the new service manager and he will try and get me a new seat 4myhr V that I bought in January I'm having problems with the head rest of them ordering the right parts so they've been working and helping trying to fix this problem and hopefully Steve will get the ok to get a new seat put in and my head rest will be fixed thank you

I was disappointed in how the service advisors don't listen to everything you say but just a little talk with the service manager smoothed it all out. So overall experience was good just need a little more attention to detail.
