An hour and a half wait became 3 and half hours. They sent car out with water spots then lied about break fluid, and front breaks and break pads. Just had them replaced 3 months ago... will go to Temecula Honda next time.

Amazing service from Troy **** he helped me on Sunday when the service department was not open he put air in my tire and inspected all of my tires and we realized I had a flat tire so I left my car at the dealership overnight. On Monday I spoke to the service Direct Steve **** and he did an outstanding job I spoke to him about a problem I encountered at another Honda dealership and he was more then welcome to help me and look at the problem with my car he helped me right away. I believe my service representative wants to do the right thing but does not have tbat authority. My car was repaired under a recal in December 2015. The recall was for the door lock in the driver's door. Now tbe problem is occurring in the passenger door. Consumerreport.org reports Honda has been instructed to repair this problem in cars it has taken as trade-in before reselling the vehicle but because my car is not a trade-in, the door lock in question is not being replaced. It is very hard to detail the circumstances and all that has occurred just today but, in my opinion, not repairing my car as a recall is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
