My only issue was that the service people should have let me know as soon as the work was completed. I was in the theater room at the time and decided to go check with the service department just before 5:00 PM when no one appeared to notify me that the work was done and my car was ready.

My air filter, cabin air filter, and windshield wipers were marked in the red as needs immediate attention by my service writer never told me. I only found out when I was home and reviewed my paperwork.

Made an appointment, oil change. Came at appointed time . Told it would be 2 hrs wait 1 hr to wait for shuttle? Got car back not washed! Said due to water shortage? 2 hr wait again. If we wanted to wait!

Albert ****was very professional and courteous but when it was time to have my car turned into me it was parked towards the back wall by palms trees and he had to bring it to me. Plastic bags still on seat and seems as if my car was done prior and was just sitting there parked. Service personnel should of had pulled up my car as other cars where. In the future it would be wise to have more employees to assist customer. Mr ****was doing his very best to acknowledge customers and apologize for the wait.

Regina is the best service advisor that I have ever worked with at any dealership. She is patient and keeps the customer in the loop as the service is being completed. She gives Hemet Honda a huge edge in other dealerships in this position. I will be returning for sure.
