I had a 8am appointment but my car wasn't done until almost 10am. I could've taken my car to someplace else and been done no appointment in less than half an hour. When I asked if was notified that oil changes usually take 45 minutes which is excessive if I have an appointment.i was also told tire rotation takes another 15-30 minutes. I didn't expect an oil change and tire rotation with appointment to take more than 30 minutes.
