I was happy that I was able to get my car in for service on the same day as my request. The service writer was very friendly and helpful she was able to order a part for my car that was not working properly. The service was Don quickly and my car was washed.

We had two service advisors which neither one knew what they were doing we asked about a recall we received in the mail they had no clue about a recall also when we came to pick up the car for a simple oil change they couldn't find our key then when my wife drives away from rotating the tires and an oil change a mile away the low air pressure light came on her vehicle had to turn around and go back to the dealership to have it reset just some things to point out thank you

It took close to two hours for an oil change and you didn't wash my car. I was told the car wash guy didn't show up for work. You should have given me a discount. I even asked about coupons and specials when I came in but I was ignored by the service rep. When you don't offer a service because some one is not there you should compensate your customers! Also my car was done no one came to get me. Then they couldn't find the keys because everybody was at lunch! I don't know why you don't hang the keys and use the inter com!
