Called for an appt and was told there eas no wait so we Arrived about 2:30 and spoke to a service asvisor by 3pm once done signing paperwork waited over 40min for a shuttle ride. 1st asked for shuttle at 3:15 then Only after asking several times if it had returned ww were put on the shuttle only to wait 10 more min for it to leave (we were the only passengers) Told driver we didn't need a ride back when the car was finished but he showed up at the house anyway about 6:10. Not great Customer service in my opinion. Not sure we will be back.
