I had an appointment at 9:45am ....for a oil change ...I dropped off the van at 9:50am.
I got my van back at 12:25pm. It took over 2 hours to do a simple oil change . There were quite a few people who came after me and left before me. I got the feeling since the oil change was no charge ...my vehicle was pushed to the end.
I would rather pay 30 and get it done in 30min else where.

I brought in my new 2016 civic today for service because when I stop the rear right tire or brakes have a grinding sound. The car only gas 8,900 miles on it...but the service department couldn't hear anything so it wasn't fixed...and as I drove home to nite from the your dealership the brakes were still grinding.
Just not sure how someone couldn't hear the noise.
