They said my car would be done at 4:30 . I signed and paid the bill and i am still here waiting for my car . It is now 7 pm . There having s problem with the timing belt that was installed . . I would like a reduction on my bill. I always take my car in and this is the first . Not happy leaving to go to Big Bear

Just a note, only in for our "free" oil change and asked for a wash, as owl **** was skat all over the car from previous night. An hour and a half later, " sorry we forgot the wash". Another 15 minute wait. And kinda sub par waiting area, we all looked out of place. FYI, Toyata has a few drive thru car washes, no wait. Just our thought on it, thanks.

For my service on 12/12/2016 I expected to have 4 new Michelin tires mounted, balanced, and the 4 wheels aligned. I had ordered the tires from Diamond Valley's Parts Department on 12/12/2016 and was told the tires would be at Diamond Valley Honda by Tuesday, 12/13 - Wednesday, 12/14 at the latest. I then went to the service department and made an appointment (for Monday, 12/19/2016) to have the new tires installed. I went to Diamond Valley Honda on Monday, 12/19/2016 to have my new tires installed. After about 1/2 hour or so of waiting in the waiting room, Ulises Flores, my Service Advisor, came to tell me that my tires were not at Diamond Valley Honda - They were still on route from Texas. He said that they were expected by Monday (12/19) afternoon - Tuesday (12/20) at the latest.So I made another appointment for the following Thursday, 12/22/2016. I requested that Ulises please call me when the tires arrived. He did call Tuesday (12/20) afternoon and told me that the tires were at Diamond Valley Honda. Bottom line, it would have been REAL NICE for SOMEONE from Diamond Valley Honda to have called me PRIOR to my Monday (12/19) appointment and let me know my tires had not arrived!! I wasted a trip to Diamond Valley Honda and back, as well as my time waiting to be told I tires were not "in house". This DOES NOT seem like a way to show your customers that you value their business!!! I chose to purchase my tires from Diamond Valley Honda and have them installed at Diamond Valley Honda and have the alignment done at Diamond Valley Honda (even though Diamond Valley Honda was a little bit more expensive than a couple of the other places to get tires) because I wanted it all done at the same place and because I have had excellent service from Diamond Valley Honda in the past. Apparently things have changed!! I will say that Ulises Flores seemed quite embarrassed that the tires were not at Diamond Valley Honda. (I really don't fault Ulises Flores AT ALL as he was MOST FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!!!) PLEASE provide some coordination between your Parts Department and your Service Department and your customers!! A simple phone call would have been nice and would have saved me a lot of hassle of needlessly coming to visit your dealership. Sincerely, John D. Christner

Everytime I go in there is something different I find out. This time they couldn't do the tire rotation because they said I need to take it to the people who put them on. Which was Honda. So then if they couldn't do my tire rotation that time then that means they have never done a tire rotation in the past when I have taken it in since buying it. I find out something new everytime.

The staff greeted me promptly as I entered the service area and provided expectional customer services throughout my visit. The staff assisting me made sure to address concerns with my vehicle and took time to ensure my vehicle was services to my expectations. When picking up my vehicle, the staff walked me to my vehicle which was very appreciated. Great visit and will definitely return for future appointments!
