I was happy with receiving a phone call to setup an appointment to have the garnish that was ordered months ago installed. The previous person never called me about receiving the part. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I was kept in the know on the progress of my vehicle and my vehicle was returned in time as promised. This is a total 180 degree turn around from my previous experience. I am now quite happy with Diamond Valley Honda Service department.

Gina and Alberto was great. They were both very polite and respectful. Alberto listened to my car's issues on the phone and was able to get me in on the same day. Also, when I first arrived at the service center. Everyone was busy with other customers. But a lady sitting on the desk called out to me and said, we'll be right with you. The gentleman that drove us home on the shuttle was very pleasant and very helpful.

Initially I was pleased until I left and saw the airbag light still on the dash. Upon an additional afternoon appointment, the apparent cause of the light was a recall in the driver's seatbelt latch?? Which was also under recall and I had no other choice than to reschedule the rest of my day, because the tech already had my seat out. I was expecting the airbag light to be reset only in 10-15 minutes. Instead I waited an hour and a half. This was in addition to waiting two hours in the morning for the initial appointment. My service advisor told me after the seat was already out that she hoped my vehicle was not a salvage title. I told her if she checked the records he would see I purchased the vehicle their new in 07. This dealership is quickly losing any of my future business. I think the fit I bought in May will be my last purchase from this dealership. I think I'll take the extra time and take my vehicle to Temecula from now on. They seemed understand what customer service is all about.
