It took them forever to check my vehicle! Even telling me that it was "fast" considering I had no appointment. So, dies that mean if my car broke down that I need to get an appointment just to be attended to? Bianca Rodriguez is not so happy to extend good customer service! I wish Ulysis was there, he's always very nice to talk to! Bianca should probably be trained on how to provide good customer service.

Again I was assisted by your excellent service advisor Bianca Rodriguez. I really appreciated her welcoming spirit and complete reliable professional evaluation of my vehicle's needs. Thank you so much. It was pouring rain outside and she even went to get my car for immediate delivery and to park my car under shelter so that I may not get soaked with the stormy flash of rain.

Service writer I had was outstanding and I appreciate all the hard work he does each time I'm in. He is for sure one hundred percent about making the customer happy. Great work diamond valley Honda keep it up..... one thing please make sure to wash the cars again it didn't happen but that is minor up the service they offer. Ulises is awesome keep up the great work and I will keep coming back.

Very good customer service. I had an expired coupon I asked if they would honor it because I could not take advantage of it because my time for service was not ready when it was still good Ulysses did honor it. He offered the complimentary car wash I asked if I could take a raincheck since we are expecting a lot of rain he said yes. They shuttled me home and offered to pick me up when my car was ready.
