Greeter, service rep and parts personnel were friendly and professional. However, the wait time in the car upon arrival and then until the service rep contacted me was way too long. Also, for the 2nd consecutive time, the service shop made a mistake by not completing completely the work, resulting in extra time after having to give the car back to service after they had already delivered it to me. I am already driving 45 minutes to have service done, out of respect for Danny, the Sales Manager who sold me the car and greatly exceeded my expectations. However, I am close to deciding it is not worth the extra drive and waiting time. Thank you.

I was very satisfied on how I was taken care off today at diamond valley Honda service department especially on how professional, very understanding and extremely sweet person your service Advisor, Bianca Rodriguez was she made me feel welcomed and very comfortable... she took care of me in a very professional fashion, she knows what she's talking about can't wait to go back awesome experience today thank you.

I am very unhappy with my service experience. It all began with setting an appointment to bring my car for a routine service. I requested a "B1" service and from that moment on it went downhill. The person I spoke to wasn't a good listener( Bianca). She just looke d up the car'a history and threw a laundry list of services she said I needed. After leaving a message with the service manager and speaking to him, he assured me that she was new and needed better training. He set an appointment for me with a different service advisor Gina ****. When I arrived she assisted me and again I was told I needed other services like coolant exchange. I didn't agree. I told her I wanted the "B1 service and if the mechanic recommended additional services I would take it under advisement. So I waited and during that time she came to me and said my battery tested low and it was in need of replacement. She also said the connection cables were loose. I told her that I would not replace the battery until I spoke to my husband. *fyi: my husband took the CRV to a local auto parts store had the battery tested twice, and it came up good. I was also told if I wanted my car washed? I have never been asked it was always done as a customary service. Gina also said my coolant was needed service, I asked if it was low? She said they top it off, but it needed to be serviced. My husband just checked it and it's at the minimum level. I am truly upset and untrusting Diamond Valley Honda dealership. I don't know why you changed your service practices from staff to your billing. (I also noticed everything is individually itemized. There is no B1 service as a lot price.) I honestly feel ripped off. I also think it's very unprofessional for Gina **** to ask me to rate her with satisfactory remarks when I receive the survey. You can bet that my relationship with your establishment is terminated. I am considering filling a complaint with BBB and Yelp.

I just know there are always catches to buying a car. When I was asked if I like tinted windows I said yes. To find out the visor and the side windows are not included. I am paying 9 am moth for 84 months. I could have gone to any shop for 200. or less. I wish I was told up front.

After being at several other Honda dealerships, I was pleased that my entire wait for my service was just about an hour! Awesome! Also, even though it might be the norm now, but I was also pleased to pay with the service writer instead of going to the parts department and waiting in another line. Kudos to you guys!
