To be honest, we almost stopped going to Diamond Valley Honda all together for service because the last experience we had. Even though we have the free oil change for life package we decided it was worth it pay for oil changes elsewhere even though we could get it for "free" at DVH. But, my sister in law told us how she had a good experience at DVH recently and thought that they had changed their service dept and that they were very nice and helpful and did not hassle her like in the past. We decided to give it another try and sure enough she was right (though I NEVER want to admit my sister in law is ever right about anything). I am glad she was in this case. My wife went in there today and she had a great experience and mentioned it seemed as if DVH had changed their service dept. for the better. So thank you. I don't know what internal changes that have been implemented but they are working. Also, thanks for not trying to upsell my wife on unnecessary maintenance that"must be performed" on her car this time. That was a major plus. Keep up the good work, we do enjoy good customer service and will continue to visit because of it.

Sorry I want to go back I though I had chosen YES and realize that I disnt so it's not a complain . Service was ok not impressed i though the car get washed automatically with the service but i had to ask for after the car was ready to pick up and I fell that they just did I quick wash water still dripping and the front glass smears
