While everyone was helpful and friendly, the service took a long time. 2 hours and 25 mins for an oil change and rotation. Last time it was 6 hours! I get free oil change, but debating just paint for it elsewhere, it's ridiculous!

I was please with the service provided by both Melissa Ashe and Jose Hernandez. Historically I have service my vehicle with DCH Honda but have move to the area was concern with having Hemet service my vehicle I was please with the service provided and Melissa's professional attention provided. Going forward I will have Diamond Valley Honda service my vehicle in the future.

I don't know how many times we have to go back regarding the rattling windows on our 10 month old CRV - even the service tech who rode with my husband in the car said it was unacceptable, but yet it's "within tolerance" so it's okay? We're told that the new vehicles windows rattle too when they did a side by side comparison - that doesn't mean my windows are okay, it means there's a problem with the windows on these cars. I've never had a new car that had windows rattle so much when part way down, but they rattle when they're up too.YIUU-FJAR-NNCL-AHPA

Everyone was extremely nice. The only problem is it takes way too long to have a simple oil change and tire rotation. There should be service techs knocking this out while your master mechanics take care of the more serious stuff. Although your waiting room is nice, it's still hard for a 9 year old to wait over an hour for something that takes 15 mins at an oil change place. I would never pay to have my oil changed there because of this,but since it's free, I wait. Once it's not free, I won't wait. I do want to say thank you for the price reduction on the tire rotation. Thank you for your service this time. The last 2 times before this I left extremely upset so ty for the changes you have implemented.

I showed Ulises Flores the coupon I was sent in the email for a 34 oil change but I was charged the wrong amount. Furthermore I was charged for a tire rotation that was not done! I really want to thank the black hair woman working after 5:00 who graciously cleaned up Ulises' mess and refunded the incorrect charges.
