I feel as though they listened to our concerns. Although the technician did not spot the problem at first, he went back to check a little more thoroughly and discovered what my husband had mentioned. I appreciated that he took it seriously as it could have been a huge safety issue losing the wheel.

Wasted all of are day took it in for a tire sensor told us nothing was wrong it was just the tire pressure this is the 3rd time. Come to find out there is a nail in the tire this hole time! Your technicians need to be more thorough!

Three hours waiting for a oil change when I had an apoomtment is not acceptable. Top that off with the fact that plastic was still on my seat, paper floor mat still on the floor and the oil change indicater still showed code 1 ,15 percent. I went back in to service and a very nice lady came back to the car and reset it to 100 percent. I wonder if the oil was really changed since the indicater was not reset. I would think that would be part of the oil change procedure. I have two Honda cars and will probably bring them to Temicula in the future.
