The problem that I have and the reason I took my car in for service is still not resolved. The bill for today wass 456.27.

Will never pay 49 for a simple oil change again. Always trusted DV Honda in the past, even had over 2,000 work done just last month. Can you really justify that cost? If so, then I'll be getting my oil changes somewhere else.

It was my understanding that with my purchase of my Honda that I get free oil changes and tire rotation. I was told this on my first visit but I had to pay for the next one. I don't understand this policy I have.

Sorry to say, but the issues I brought the car in for were not fixed :(
Customer service was good, but my car still rattles at the speakers (3 attempts) that Honda has made to fix, and since fuel injection was cleaned out - idle is way to high. The service rep told me today that I have to ride it for 50 miles for it to adjust?
