Gabby was awesome. I think she is doing great! I had to purchase a new tire due to a leak on the original. I asked to keep my new, but damaged tire and upon inspection I cannot find a puncture big enough not to patch.. or along the outside of the tread. I asked them to mark the tire where it was defective and there is literally a mark from one sidewall across to the other...i guess i should have asked to talk to the tech.. i am taking the tire to get inspected by a tech at another location, because I feel like Ive been mislead into purchasing a $273 tire. You will be hearing from me if all does not go well..otherwise, ill be there soon for service from ur friendly Gabby =D
