My daughter dropped off her new car today for the paint treatment and to fix the dash. She got home and there's a big scratch on the back bumper. She didn't do that. I need someone to look at it and fix it asap. I'm not happy at all. This car isn't even 3 weeks old.

The service included a carwash. My vehicle was not washed when I picked it up. When I asked about the carwash I was told the machine used to wash the cars was not working. I accepted the explanation. When walking to my car I glanced to my left, and guess what I saw? Yes! I saw a vehicle being washed!
