Well first of all I was told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes so I left came back 20 minutes later and my car was already done but no one reached out to let me know even though I was sitting RIGHT THERE. after an hour and thirty minutes of just staring at my car I asked for the keys and apparently they were in the back so i waited AGAIN still didn't hear anything for a while so my boyfriend pressed the issue and the keys were in the car the WHOLE TIME! How do you guys lose the most important thing? And when I bought the car you guys wouldn't stop talking about free car washes and oil changes and didn't bother to let me know how much it would be before the process. Luckly my wallet was in the car but I wasted an hour and over 30 minutes when my car was done 20 minutes after getting there.

Issues with balance and alignment heightened by seeing tired with 22,000 need replaced soon. If this second set of tires in a year are wearing too fast I'm concerned.
There has been an issue from the beginning with vibrations and noises in the car that get better each time with balance and line and the new tires .
And now I need to have you check into why when there is a lag when I start to accelerate. I will start to put on the gas and nothing happens and then it will lurch forward .
I will have to bring it back for more testing or go to another dealership and get a second opinion
