Regina was great. The cashier was great. The service guy who called me back was great. But... I paid upfront for car washes when I bought the car. The wheels are a light sliver-almost white. It makes no sense to deliver the car back to the customer with filthy wheels. I would've never picked these wheels if I had a choice. Th cashier ( I don't know her name) cleaned them herself, of which I greatly appreciate. I live at a place where I cannot wash them myself. Also, the TPMS was not reset again, and I had to leave a message for someone to give me instructions on how to do it. Both these issues have happened more than once, which is why I'm bringing it up.

Made a 7:30am appointment arrived by 7:20am car was NOT done until after 10:00a only because I asked for my car because that was ample time for an oil change and I had an appointment! Absolutely ridiculous.
