It's not the service that's my problem it's the car I have complained about the seals in the trunk and driver window leaking the center console keeps coming loose thank now the trim in trunk is loose and what's wrong with a motor that burns a quart of oil before it's first oil change I'm starting to think I bought a bad car and I would tra in in if I wasn't got to take a bath and loose a bucnch of money to give it back very dispointd in product not the service have been great sad to own the car

My car was done and they don't call me, I had to go and ask after 2 hours of waiting, they say the car was done 30 minutes before and nobody let me know so if I don't go to ask I could be wasting my time a lot more, Thanks

Received Terrible Customer Service, with Rick. A simple phone call, when an item was received was all asked. I had to call myself to see if the part was in. Rick seemed to be happy with blaming other departments than taking responsibility. I'm more than happy to speak with a manager regarding our service. We will definitely think twice about returning to diamond valley Honda. Driving to Merono Valley, Redlands or even Palm Springs would be an inconvenience, but hopefully they will treat their customers better. Thank you Allison Ciccone ****-****-xxxx

Terrible customer service and they couldn't even find my keys to my vehicle it took the 30 minutes to find just the keys. They didn't even know where the car was parked when they got the keys
