I returned a call and was put on hold for over 11 minutes. I was told we needed new front brakes and rotors. The brakes are only a little over a year old with 16000 miles and Diamond Valley did them last. Quote was $498to replace. Too much for me and we just had the van in there last month getting routine service.

Last week I brought my 2015 Fit in for its free oil change and specifically asked if they would be sure not to overfill the oil, as the prior two times the oil was overfilled. When I checked the oil tonight, it was overfilled, not just past the lines but beyond the plastic piece itself. I checked it several times to ensure it wasn't my mistake, but each time I had the same result. Also, they left off the front two screws which secure the plastic cover on the underside of the car. This resulted in the underside receiving of plenty of air into the the engine area. Fortunately I had two screws to put in place and secure it. Other than that, I appreciated the promptness of the service, the friendliness and helpfulness of the desk staff, and the pleasantness of the waiting area. Also, the oil change was completed one hour sooner than expected which made for a pleasant surprise, and it was free so I can't complain much (and they did a good job washing the car).

I had my oil changed and took care of the recall on the passenger side airbag. I was told both by the person who scheduled my appt and the service individual it would take 2 hrs. With that info I made the appt and had the work done. The amount of time it actually took was 4.5 hrs! This really made the rest of my day very stressful. I liked the waiting area, employees helpful just not forthcoming re time. This dealership is very busy. There seemed to be others having to wait longer than they wanted to. Service personnel very stressed. I felt badly for them. Actually most employees stressed.

Took the day off for the final touch service after I drove down and turned the car over for service I was told that it would be a few hours so asked for a shuttle ride and was told the shuttle on went 10 miles so I couldn't get a ride home but was,asked if I needed a ride elsewhere...really? so a total waste of time and gas for nothing if I were told the service,would have been 4hrs I would have made,other arrangements why solicit business from outside of Hemet if you can't service your customers? All the while I dealt with moss bros never had a problem...they do go outside of 10miles for their customers after I get the final touch service I will have my vehicle,serviced by moss even though I have free oil changes
