Over promised and under delivered. Extremely poor communication from Joel. He would not return calls so I have call multiple times to get a status update. He seems to always be on a brake or lunch. Once I was able to get a hold of him he would state a time of completion and when I called to verify it was done before I headed that direction it needed a additional day. I understand if I was a walk in client but I had made a appointment to get the due bill taken handled. The second gentleman Joe was awesome !!! He understood my concerns and inconvenience caused by this and he delivered.
