Took over 2 hours for a simple oil change with a appointment.
8:00 am appointment, arrived at 7:50 am. I was told it would be ready at 9:00 am. Finally at 10:05 am I was notified over the PA system that my car was ready. I have 2 Honda cars, a Civic and a Pilot. I think I will try the service at the Temecula Honda dealership next time I need service work performed.

We appreciate your service however I made appointment in advance to avoid long waiting during oil change and quick inspection but
It took for 2 hours ( it’s usually 30 min. In the past at local Honda) and the tire monitoring system indicator turned on very next morning.

At 1st, i was reluctant to bring my vehicle to Diamond Valley Honda because I had bad experiences with other auto shops in the past. I feel like bringing myself to a trap that will make me pay more even for parts they dont even have to change. Justin showed me that their dealer is honest and professional.
