No explanation was given of what services were to be provided in addition to the oil change that was to be done. Cabin and air filters were put on last visit however they had not been recorded so they were suggested again. Tire rotation was $89 in addition to $640 for tires. I can do better elsewhere.

I paid for an Maintenance Program for my car when I got it new.
This is this the second time I took my car in for an Oil Change under maintenance.
This time they were saying it needed an Air Filter and Cabin Cabin filter, and that I had to pay out of pocket.
And it doesn't appear that what I had to pay out of pocket is on the Documentation I received.
So it doesn't appear I will be getting my money's worth out of the maintenance program and I wouldn't buy one again, and I will recommend to others not to buy one.

I had my car for two years, and refuse to take my car to your dealership due to the service I received there I’ve been going to Temecula for all my services.
We recently tried again a few months back try to get our oil change and sun roof repaired, but can only get the oil change. Hopefully things have changed in the service department at your dealership so I can continue to go there if not I will have to keep driving to temecula to have my car serviced .
