I was impressed with how quickly they cleared vehicles from the driveway. My brief wait for signing my the paperwork gave me a chance to grab a much-needed donut (thank you!). Paperwork quickly signed. Before I knew it I was paged. O'Neal (sp?) came out to go over my vehicle. I was so happy with the wash and the wheels hadn't been so clean since I drove it off the lot in May 2016! It has restored my faith in the dealership's striving to please the customer. The staff did NOT know answer to any of my questions.... i.e. what does my honda care include? How do I use the shuttle? And each time the answers were "I don't know. Let me ask my boss." Then upon paying, they were going to charge me more than what they quoted me for. Once again, once asked why, they don't know and have to ask. I for sure will NOT be going there ever again to deal with incompetent people. And I will for sure never to recommend that location to any of my friends. Also, I've been to many honda dealerships and every one of them have cookies, snacks and coffee for free for their customers except for this location where the waiting area was like a tiny hole in the wall and unfriendly people walking around like they hate their job.
