When checking in for my scheduled appointment, the service associate was juggling 3 - 4 customers at one time. With that said, when asking for my information, I asked for 2 specific things, one was to please check my front driver side brake dust shield as it was making noise again since being fixed last service visit but was not addressed? Second, I specifically asked that my car NOT get the courtesy wash as I had just had it professionally detailed the day prior. Service associate wrote it down but apparently it did not transfer to what was typed in the system? As you are a aware, the courtesy washes are great for the customers but when you own a black car and it comes out of service still soaking wet and barely dried off, can be very frustrating as the heat creates water spots!
Asking to not have a car washed is a very simple request and is one less thing for your service department to do so not sure why they wouldn't take advantage of my simple request?
I' am not a bitter customer but I would appreciate that the service associates pay closer attention to what customers are asking for.
