Staff was fine, but it's pointless to make an appointment and I still had to wait an hour and thirty mins for an oil change. I asked for no extra services be done because I was in a hurry, I could only imagine how much longer I would have been there if they had done that too. I over heard other ppl around me saying they had been there for two hours for an oil change! That is ridiculous to over book your staff especially when it is noticeable that you're understaffed.
