Rick was exteemly helpful. I live out of town and I had a feeling something was wrong when I sarted my car Tuesday AM. Remembering Diamond Valley from when I bought my first Honda (used) I had a friend follow me over.I explained my concern to Rick. He very professionally took a look under the hood and the light on the dashboard and identified my need for a new alternator. I asked if I could make it over the Ortega Hwy to OC and he said probably not as the alternator was no longer charging the battery. Whew I am so glad I did not ignore the sound and light.
then fortunately Rick was able to locate a replacement alternator from somewhere and in just over 2 hours I was back on my way home and made it to work last night on time.
PLUS!! My car was washed and got good grades on the Multi-point Inspection report they gave me when I picked up my car.
