Actually Gabby told me that I needed the service when I had my oil changed, however Richard was a very nice help when I came in this morning. It appears that you all steam cleaned the engine, I'm impressed

Yes I was satisfied with the service on the car however the customer service skills are lacking in the service department. It's important to acklnowledge customers even if busy. Acknowledgement is a signal of respect and creates the tone of an interaction. 4 people inside the office not one person said hello or I'll be with you in a minute. Only after I stood there for a few minutes unpleasantly was I acknowledged and spoken to. Other than that gabi was okay. Nicer than some of the others there.
