Employees are always helpful and go out of there way to provide quality service. Only issue is that the coupons that are e-mailed to me for my oil change and tire rotation are a bit off schedule from when I actually use them, last time I sent my wife in with the car they did not honor the e-coupon because it was expired then two days after the oil change I received another coupon which expired before my next oil change. Other than that I have always brought my car her for service and have always received excellent service.

Gabby did a great job for me. Things got off on the wrong foot when I arrived because I had to wait so long to get served when there were three Honda employees trying to take care of the customers who walked through the service doors. But once Gabby got to me, she did a great job. I think I arrived when there was a log jam of customers, so I felt good once Gabby served me well.

I was made aware that tire rotation is not included with oil change, it only take a few minutes to do this, it would greatly inhance my experience if this were included, and it would increase accuracy of brake pad check. I personally would wait the extra 5-10 minutes for this. 20-30 extra for a tire rotation is not worth the charge in my opinion.

The representatives were very friendly... But the service was inefficient. I was given a 1.5 hour estimate for my oil change and tire rotation. My service took 2.25 hours and I could see my car outside for the last 20 minutes while I was waiting for paperwork to be processed (which was estimated to take 5 minutes). Criticism aside, I was very pleased with how the customer representatives treated me throughout the entire process.
