Upon arrival I requested a drop off or whatever you guys call it. I ended up staying because no one followed up. Not only that but the service took over the hour and a half that I was told so I waited over two and a half hours, having to cancel a doctors appointment and calling off for the rest of the day at work!!

I brought car in at 10. I was offered a ride home. Told to wait
in th waiting area and they would call me.
Waited an hour, went and asked
Where my ride was. Was told van just coming
In but told them forget it, as it wouldn't be worth
going home now. Waited back in waiting area. At 12:40
I went to check if car done. It was invoiced at 12:20
But I didn't hear the page. No one came to look for me
me though I saw other customers being approached to
get their cars. I guess if I hadn't checked
I would have sat all afternoon. Other than that, staff was polite
friendly and I was pleased with the work done.

the only problem was when I rescheduled the appointment the receptionist did not inform me that the alarm installer was not available on that particular day of the week.....he has to make a trip to my home next week to install the system
